Matri / Namak Pare

Bikaner’s Matri/Namak Pare (Crunchy Sticks) has a very tempting taste. Now with reduced Sodium and ZERO Trans fat Matri makes an ideal companion for teas or coffees.

Gur Pare

Bikaner’s Gur Pare are simply irresistible. Crunchy bits coated with fennel seeds and wholesome (natural) sugar from sugarcane. It’s a smart choice* for munching and makes great companion for your tea or coffee.

Shakkar Pare

Lightly sugar coated crunchy squares. Shakkarpare are very well known as traditional sweets in Indian wedding. They can stay fresher for longer period of time compared to other Indian sweets.

Badana Bhujia

Bikaner’s Badana Bhujia is perfect mixture of sweet and salty. Badana is sweet lentil balls with (Bhujia) salty gram noodles. It is a favourite munch for all Indians.

Besan Burfi

Bikaner’s Besan Burfi (Chickpea fudge) is our most popular products. It contains less sugar then traditional fudge and a soft texture that just melts in your mouth.

BOONDI LADDU

Bikaner’s Boondi Laddu is a delectable Indian sweet, crafted from tiny, deep-fried gram flour (besan) balls soaked in cardamom-infused sugar syrup, shaped into round, golden laddus. With a soft texture and a balanced sweetness, they’re garnished with nuts like almonds or pistachios.

JALEBI

Bikaner’s Jelebi is a classic Indian sweet, featuring crispy, golden spirals of deep-fried fermented flour batter soaked in fragrant saffron and cardamom-infused sugar syrup. With a crunchy exterior and juicy, syrupy core, these vegetarian treats offer a delightful balance of sweetness and subtle spice.
